Terms of Service

Universal Posting helps you write, adapt, schedule and publish social media posts across multiple networks, including X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Telegram. Some features use artificial intelligence to draft or rewrite text, images and video plans.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your email address current so we can reach you about your account.

When you connect an account such as X, you authorise Universal Posting to publish posts, upload media and read basic profile information on your behalf, strictly within the permissions you approve. We never post without an action you take or a schedule you set.

You can disconnect any account at any time from the Connect page, or revoke access from within the network’s own settings. Disconnecting stops all future posting from that account.

Your use of each connected network remains subject to that network’s own terms, including the X Developer Agreement and Policy, the Meta Platform Terms, the LinkedIn User Agreement and the Telegram Terms of Service. You are responsible for complying with them.

The Service runs on credits. Each account receives a monthly credit allowance based on its plan, plus welcome credits on sign-up. Actions such as generating a post, sending a post or creating an image or video consume credits at the rates shown on the pricing page.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period, and unused monthly credits do not roll over. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store your card details.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If an action fails through no fault of your own, the credits spent on it are returned automatically.

You keep ownership of the content you create, upload or publish through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes, outdated facts or unintended similarities to existing work. You are responsible for reviewing everything before it is published, and for making sure it is accurate, lawful and yours to post.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post spam, bulk unsolicited messages or artificially repetitive content;
• buy, sell, fake or otherwise manipulate engagement, impressions or followers;
• post unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually exploitative content;
• infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• impersonate another person, brand or organisation;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or the networks it connects to.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or that put our access to a connected platform at risk.

Publishing depends on third-party networks and their APIs. Outages, rate limits, policy changes or account restrictions on those platforms can delay or prevent a post. We are not responsible for decisions made by those platforms about your account or your content.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing would harm the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any level of reach, impressions, engagement or business results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
